That’s how we #BuildBackGreener!

We have just erected our last turbine in #Evishagaran, #NorthernIreland: With an installed capacity of 46.8MW, the wind farm will provide clean, #greenelectricity for approximately 50,000 homes in the community 💡💚

Increasing Northern Ireland's use of #electricity from #renewable soucres does more than help #ClimateChange, it also creates jobs and boosts our #economy.  Reaching a #RenewableElectricity target of 80% by 2030 would also reduce consumers' bills. #EnergyStrategy

Almost 50% of NI’s #electricity was generated by #renewables in 2020. RenewableNI has outlined how 80% #RenewableElecricty could be achieved by 2030. Doing so would result in an additional £50m net saving for consumers, when compared with a 70% scenario.
