Women in Renewables seating
At Women in Renewables you will be assigned a table number. We aim to ensure only one person from each company registered is seated at each table.
Placing you at tables away from your colleagues will help you make new connections. There will be a dedicated Table Chair who will facilitate introductions and the roundtable discussions.
You will remain at your table for your hot buffet lunch.
Free networking (moving around the room) is available during breakfast and registration and following the lunch.

How registration is processed?
RenewableUK is supporting RenewableNI to help process registration for this event.
In order to process your registration, you’ll need to create an account with RenewableUK. Both RenewableUK and RenewableNI will process your data when you register for this event.

Ten Square is located in the heart of Belfast, directly behind City Hall.
All main Metro Bus routes terminate in the four roads around Belfast City Hall, ensuring a venue short walk.
Belfast’s Grand Central station is an eight minute walk from the venue.

Freshly baked scones and buns will be provided for breakfast and hot buffet lunch.

Women in Renewables conference venue
Women in Renewables is returning to the Linenhall Suite in Ten Square Belfast.
The conference room has a direct entrance from a door on Linenhall Suite and requires walking up a single flight of stairs. A lift is available by entering the main Ten Square Hotel reception.
Ten Square is located directly behind Belfast City Hall.
