Le-ann Campbell
Carson McDowell
Le-ann is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team at Carson McDowell and has been specialising in Energy & Renewables since joining Carson McDowell nearly ten years ago.
Le-ann graduated with a First-Class Honours in Civil Law (BCL) from University College Dublin and went on to study a Masters degree in Human Rights Law (LLM) from Queen’s University, Belfast. She obtained her professional qualification from the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast in June 2014 after completing her legal training with a top tier law firm. Le-ann has a wide range of experience in the Energy sector and has advised on many regionally significant transactions. She is a long-standing member of Renewable NI’s Distributed Generation and Grid Committees.

Sara Tinsley
Energia Renewables, Deputy Chair of RenewableNI
Sara is Deputy Chair of RenewableNI and heads the planning team with Energia Renewables. A Chartered Town Planner, she is responsible for delivery of planning and environmental matters associated with development, operational and construction sites across Ireland. Projects include the development of wind, solar, battery storage, hydrogen production, and other renewable technologies and enabling infrastructure. She has successfully secured consent for a number of large scale strategic infrastructure developments and is involved in the shaping of policy and regulatory inputs to energy policy across the Island.
Sara has worked within the development industry for many years, previously involved in private consultancy, and has extensive experience of the development industry, advancing schemes for a range of major clients including energy companies.
Sara sits on the Planning Committee for Wind Energy Ireland and is a Committee member of the Planning and Environmental Law Association for Northern Ireland. She also sits on University of Ulster’s UPLAN Advisory Group.
